THE STORY OF KAZGI

KAZGI METAL A.Ş. was established in 2019 in Bursa, Turkey, with domestic capital (Paid-in Capital 1,000,000 TL) and is a company engaged in R&D and product development. Prioritizing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), it manufactures automatic, pneumatic manhole covers for pressurized and non-pressurized silo trucks used in the import and export of industrial products (such as bulk cement, soda, calcite, silica sand, dolomite, etc.), offering time-saving and cost-effective solutions. The company prioritizes domestic employment, respects the environment, and produces sustainable products.

OUR MISSION

We create solutions that maximize safety and efficiency.

Our automated silo truck lid system uses the silo truck's own compressed air to allow the lid to be easily opened from the ground without the need for electricity or electronics.

This eliminates the need for operators to climb onto the silo, preventing workplace accidents caused by ladders and working at heights. It also saves a minimum of 15 minutes per cycle by eliminating the need to manually lift the lid. This time saving translates to approximately one extra cycle for every five silo openings compared to conventional lid systems.

KAZGI is committed to producing solutions that support safe working conditions, offer measurable productivity increases to businesses, and add value to the sector.
